The Verge Safety of warehouse security products are designed to protect the people, structures and products in your warehouse. One of the main sources of damage is the powerful forklifts that many use to do warehouse work. Verge Safety provides all kinds of safety barriers, some of which are even rated to take the hits from these powerful vehicles while protecting people and structures in your facility. We also have a host of products to help you create safe lanes for your staff.

Our line also includes safety cages (men's baskets) to help you get the most out of your forklifts, as well as accident prevention items such as cribs, mats and locks.

  • CUSTOM designed unique plant safety products for your application… FAST
  • CUSTOM colors, rail lengths, pole configuration and corner angles from 5º to 180º
  • Safety Yellow powder finish. Crash Guard products are available in six standard colors, custom colors, and galvanized finish. Additional charges may apply

Safety rails

Forklifts Safety rails are designed for what you fear most when using forklifts… unintentional entry into an area where there are people or other equipment and structures. While we cannot stop a bullet at high speed, we can stop a forklift at speeds of up to 10 mph.

Modular protective barrier

These safety rails are designed for lighter use when directing traffic in and around your plant, warehouse, or facility. Stronger than a yellow stripe, you can keep people and equipment out of harm's way with Verge Safety Barriers.

Frame protector

The end of the aisle on the pallet rack is the most damaged vertical. Turning too tight with your forklift can cause damage to the upright position and potentially collapse, causing damage and injury to the product. Verge Safety Barriers Guard can prevent or lessen that damage and add a bright yellow warning to the ends of rows or aisles.

Machine guard

Improve plant safety and efficiency with Crash Guard by reducing costs associated with employee injuries, machinery downtime, insurance claims, and building repairs due to accidental collisions. Machine Guards offer superior protection for your installation and machinery against costly forklift damage.

Post protectors

Doing the same job as Rack Guard, this product is used to protect the intermediate stanchions from damage from forklift pallets or forklifts. Available in different heights, the yellow powder coat finish clearly defines the position of the pillar for the driver to position his load.

Gate track guard

This product can be paid many times over and is one of the easiest expenses to justify in the store. When properly installed, it protects the most vulnerable area of the dock door upper door guide. When drivers return from loaded trucks, they sometimes start their shift too early. The load will come into contact with the door rail and distort it to the point where it will not allow the door to open and close. Verge Safety Barriers Guard can minimize or prevent this damage. The door continues to function and there are no calls for service.

Forklift Safety Cage

The Verge Safety Barriers Manufacturing Forklift Safety Cage was designed to safely lift a person with a forklift without the need for an expensive scissor lift. Fully welded steel safety cage meets OSHA requirements with a 42 ”high handrail (from top of deck).

There are places where a single barrier is the best option. Verge Safety Barriers bollards come with heavy floor plates for surface mounting or longer lengths to be mounted in concrete for maximum impact protection. The yellow powder coat gives it a glossy finish that lasts.

Screw-in post protector

The bolt-on post guard provides increased aisle space, allowing for smooth navigation of reach trucks and other warehouse safety barriers around storage shelves. Since they bolt directly to the column, Bolt-On Post Guards provide excellent column reinforcement and are great for providing additional support to damaged posts.

Bolt-on Bullnose Post Protector

When reach trucks or other warehouse vehicles are used for storage and handling, warehouse racks are in danger of damage from vehicles that get too close. Verge Safety Barriers Bullnose Bolt-on Post Guards are designed with increased aisle space in mind. The sleek, tapered design of our Bullnose Post Protectors makes them space efficient, allowing for fluid shelf navigation.
