April Superfoods class was all about foods that help support the liver and his trusty little side the gall bladder! All the foods were fresh, clean and not a packet in sight! This was a very popular topic, with some of our largest groups attending!

We enjoyed steamed artichoke dipped in olive oil and herbamear, a liver cleansing juice, a bitter green leafy salad with a lemon, mustard and olive oil dressing, some blanched barrassicas, Melynda’s famous egg omelette with spring onion, garlic, carrot and silver beet and a yummy apple desert to finish off!

March  Superfoods class was all about foods and  recipes to give the sinus a good clean, boosting the immune system and reducing the allergenic load from your diet.

Kate, Soph, Greg and Daniel  presented these classes and built on the knowledge Melynda had giving everyone about enzymes and fermented foods last month.

We used the Kefir water, milled our own quinoa flour (to retain all the nutrients), and cooked from a large supply of fresh herbs, spices, fruits and Veg.
