During the subsequent 4 years Melynda developed a profound understanding of the Homeopathic Herbal and Nutritional Medicine fields as well as practical knowledge of herbal medicine collecting and preparations.  During this time Melynda also studied Electro Dermal testing with Dr Hans Kupka from Germany and has continued to use this valuable tool in assessing client’s needs. Melynda has subsequently formally studied Live and dry Blood Analysis with Dr Bradford with American Bioligics at Bradford Research Institute.CA in USA in 1992 and attends ongoing updates with Heamaview through Health World Australia. Since 1996 Melynda has regularly traveled to China to study Environmental Medicine with Master Henry Liu.

Melynda has been practicing in Shepparton since 1986 and over that time has developed and encouraged whole family approaches to health care. She consistently attracts children, teenagers, menopausal women as well as elderly clients who she actively engages in the healing process.

As a long standing naturopathic practitioner Melynda is highly experienced in assessing individual and family medical patterns and has extensive experience to determine clear treatment plans and the practical skill to help her clients incorporate these into their lifestyles.

As a principal practitioner in a multi modality and practitioner clinic Melynda encourages complimentary referral networks and often assists in the education of fellow professionals in Electro-Dermal Testing as well as assisting undergraduates with clinical experience.

Melynda is often invited to speak at various groups, schools, professional organizations as well as corporations and very much enjoys the opportunity to share her knowledge in an easy to understand and fun way.

What to expect in a consultation

A first appointment for an adult with Melynda usually involves looking at the nutritional status of a live blood sample. A single drop is taken from the tip of your finger and viewed through a microscope. Unlike most other medical testing, you remain present during the analysis. The test must be done quickly because many of the live blood’s features will degrade with time. This gives you the unique and fascinating opportunity to see your own blood cells on the monitor screen.  Melynda then uses electro dermal testing to determine any food/chemical intolerances and the appropriate nutrients, herbs or homeopathic remedies that may be needed to assist in the healing process. In this ¾ hr appointment alot of attention is given to diet and the lifestyle changes that may be necessary.
