Postage Policy

All items posted are carefully packaged in a padded post bag or a box depending on the quantity and size of the items.

Padded post bags, box's, postage and handling prices are as follows:

* The postage bags we use are Australian Post padded bags sized 0 to 2. The cost of these bags is included in the postage. More information about the bags can be found here. The size of the order will determine the size of bag or box used.

^ We recycle the box's from orders that have been sent to us, so they're free.

Once items have been posted, Natremed can no longer be responsible for them.
If items arrive damaged or not at all, matters will need to be taken up with Australia Post.

To insure your items arrive, you can request to have your items sent via Registered Post at an additional cost of $2.70. Any items damaged or lost will be compensated up to $100 by Australia Post.
