Sophie is a graduate of The Southern School of Natural Medicine, and has been with Natremed since February 2008. During this time she has taken on the roles of dispensary technician, receptionist, as well as contributing articles and information for our website/newsletter. Sophie has a particular interest in teaching her patients about the vast dispensary they can have available in their own kitchen - "Kitchen Medicine is very empowering as it allows my patients to take a proactive role in their own health". Sophie has taken on an active role in furthering the education of her patients in more practical ways by designing and running seminars and cooking classes on various health topics at Natremed and in the Community.
