A picture tells a thousand words

What is Hemaview?

Hemaview - Live BloodTranslated literally, this process is ‘an observation of live blood’. Live blood screening involves the viewing of a freshly taken blood sample under a microscope. The practitioner makes a tiny prick on the patient’s finger and a droplet of blood is added to a sterile slide. This only takes a second and requires no finding of veins or drawing of blood. The practitioner then analyses the blood sample and can even show the patient’s blood live on a larger screen. It is fascinating to see your red blood cells, white cells and platelets and their varying sizes and shapes. This is far more interactive than a blood test!

What can Hemaview tell me about my health?
  •   Nutritional status of blood
  •   Chronic Infections
  •   Allergic Reactions
  •   Blood cell integrity
  •   Inflammation levels
  •   Immune system activity
  •   Hydration levels
  •   Increased toxins (eg as a result of smoking)
How is Hemaview useful?

Hemaview - Live Blood'Seeing is believing’. Hemaview allows the patient to have a physical look at their own inside workings. Observing the composition and properties of a patient’s blood is one of the most important parts of a comprehensive consultation. The information provides an excellent basis for the Naturopath to provide the most accurate professional recommendations on your health.  It enables early detection of problem areas.  Hemaview - Live BloodAnd it is also beneficial in the treatment of symptoms and conditions such as lethargy, allergies and stomach dysfunction; to name a few. Hemaview can be used as a way of determining required preventative measures for the patient. Perhaps most importantly, Hemaview allows both the practitioner and the patient to really see the changes and improvements when treatment is undertaken.
