Entire health must not be confused with the absense of disease. Quite often when a patient is asked about an aspect of their health they reply Oh i’m very healthy I never get any colds of flus. Or when questioned about their diet they reply I have never needed to watch my weight so my diet must be great. Entire health must not be confused with the absence of disease. Everything we eat effects our health, whether we are overweight or not, and our state of wellbeing is far more than never getting a cold. Our health and wellbeing is a fabulous combination of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. The intricate complexities of these different aspects of our health means we need to consistently be aware of our entire health so that we may flourish as the healthy beings we were intended to be.
