  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Fetta Cheese cubed

DescriptionDescription  This nutritious dish is delicious eaten hot or cold and is high in protein.
InstructionsInstructions  Stif fry leak, garlic, broccoil, zuchini and capsicum so they are soft. Boil qunioa separately until soft and curly and drain off excess water. Wisk eggs and milk together in a bowl and add pepper to taste. Combine all vegetables and parsley with qunioa in a frittata dish. Pour egg mixture over. Press fetta cheese cubes and olives evenly into the dish and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
NotesNotes  Delicious served with a side salad.
