InstructionsInstructions  Cook the quinoa in boiling water until soft and curly. Combine all salad ingredients together in a bowl. Make dressing from lemon juice, olive oil and pepper and drizzle over the salad.
NotesNotes  This is makes a bit of vairety when bringing a salad to a summer BBQ, or combines well with hummous and falafels.
