Presented by Melissa Cloney In the workshop we will be covering; * The types of vegetarians diets * The importance of substitution - replacing what is lost * Ensuring you are getting everything you need from your vegetarian diet * How to 'protein combine' In the cooking class we will be making yummy, balanced vegetarian dishes, including different forms of vegetarian protein. Suitable for all vegetarians - whether you have been a vegetarian for years, just starting out, or are simple just 'pickie' when it comes to meat - this workshop is for you.
